We were so lucky to come across Rodney for the work we ended up needing. We were in a bit of a pickle, and at first just wanting the deck re-done. Long story short we ended needing/ having many things done. First there was some minor (live) termite damage and Rodney and his guy investigated and fixed right away, replacing support posts, drywall and baseboard. He picked out the perfect front and back doors for our budget and even swapped out old locks temporarily (with lockbox) due traffic coming through. Our electric panel also blew prior to our initial meeting and Rodney’s brother Chris (lic. electrician) was there immediately to troubleshoot and get us a quote. So into the deck work, it was discovered the kitchen sink drained under the old deck out to creek and into lake! So Rodney got his plumber onsite and quoted getting new line run to septic and got it done. Once that was done, Rodney made sure to take his time with us planning out the deck footprint, and since we were trying to make an “odd” house pop, he came up with a great layout to really add to the home. The end result was nothing short of fabulous! It’s built right this time, solid, looks great and will add a lot of value! Wilber, his main crew guy, did great work and was super pleasant. The last thing, we wanted to create a dry creek bed with bullrock under a walkway/bridge to front door. And yes, Rodney got that done! So while we ended up with many things going on, I will say Rodney was always present to supervise, and most of the time was jumping in to do a lot of what was needed (including a lot of yard dirtwork). And finally Rodney is well versed on things “out of code” related to inspections so he will give you the sometimes unbearable but necessary truth. Rodney and his crew were always respectful of the property and cleaned as they went. I’ve never had ANY contractor take such pride and ownership in a property that wasn’t their own. We would never hesitate to go to him again!

Bryant Home Improvement did a COMPLETE remodel of our home in 2021, including removal and replacement of ALL: Roofing (including Roof Decking), Windows, Doors, Flooring, Cabinets (Kitchen, Bathrooms, Laundry Room), Kitchen Appliances, Granite Surfaces, Drywall, Lighting and Plumbing Fixtures, Electrical System, Plumbing System, HVAC System, and Driveway. Bryant Home Improvement also installed a Generator, painted the home both inside and outside, and performed extensive structural repairs (support posts, wall studs, headers, joists, rafters) to repair pre-existing structural defects in the home. The work was done professionally throughout, with minimal disruptions despite all work occurring during the height of the COVID pandemic. Rodney Bryant is a man of the highest integrity and completely trustworthy. He is keenly interested in pleasing his customer and has the flexibility to respond to changes in plans as they arise during the project. We are extremely pleased with the work Rodney did. We love our home!

Rodney and his crews have done a great job at our apartments. They have replaced windows, siding, insulation, sheetrock, frame, completed engineered work to the city code, and finished with a great paint job. Nice job Mr. Bryant!! Also, every night the work area is as clean as when he arrived. Pricing is very reasonable as well. We will definitely use him in the future. It's great to have someone that takes pride in their work and keeps us informed of progress along the way.
